Learn about our first three (3) steps to start our service offer: 

 First step

You must make the payment; we accept zelle, transfers or payment by debit and/or credit card.  

Second step 

You will receive a form where you can explain what you want to do.  

Third step 

You will receive an email, or a link via SMS or WhatsApp, where we invite you to create your user account, where you can offer us the information so that we can define the final scope, thus avoiding an additional payment. We will be calling the number provided where we will clarify all doubts or concerns.   

SERVICES:  

1. PHOTOS, VIDEOS OR PRESENTIAL ADVICE 

Is it possible to change the appointment of my pattern? As long as you do it about 24 hours before the day of the meeting. To not have any penalty. In case of canceling with less time in advance, a penalty of $59 will be charged.  Already at the recording site, punctuality is the golden rule. The time will start running at the agreed time of your visit and will last for the time billed.  

Can I extend the time of our appointment?  

If you need more time to conclude or carry out other non-contracted plans, we can expand your requirements, as long as our team that visits you does NOT have another schedule assigned. If possible, a new service offer will be offered and must be canceled instantly via zelle to: zelle@creativos3up.com  If for any reason the payment is not made or confirmed, your contracted video or material will not be delivered, and the delivery time will start counting from the moment the payment is confirmed in our bank accounts.

You must send us your logo, covers, animated logo, or whatever you want to include in the edition. If you don't have it and need it, we can develop it (ask for price). You have up to two (2) fixes in your project. Our goal is that you like this material. Your opinion, suggestions, recommendations and/or requests for changes to the material received should be requested via email to team@creativos3up.com before starting the edition.  After seven days of receiving the video, no changes are received. These changes may take a maximum of 72 business hours from your request depending on the amount of work at this time, we will always seek to prioritize your changes so that you receive them as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a time less than 72 working hours.  Our radius of action There is no additional increase if the video to be made is in the city of Doral, Kendall or Pinecrest. If we must travel at least 20 miles, you will need to make an additional payment of $40

All videos, photographs or any other audiovisual material developed by our team will be the property of Creativos 3Up, LLC and may be used in promotional videos of the company without authorization. In case the client requires the rights of said videos, he must pay an agreed amount for said rights.

Delivery times

Creativos 3Up, LLC undertakes to deliver the material within a maximum period of 7 business days. 

Express deliveries

If the client wants a fast delivery of the material, he will have a surcharge of 40% of the amount paid.  refunds Our company makes refunds of your payments in case the service cannot be executed due to fortuitous or natural problems, as a first option: we offer to reschedule our meeting at a later date that suits us both. In case of not reaching an agreement, it is when we make the refund effective no later than 24 hours.  

2. WEBSITE: 

Domains and hosting If you don't renew your domains within the 12-day renewal grace period, you may be charged a recovery fee in addition to the domain renewal fee. During this time, domain names will be transferred to stationary nameservers and the websites or email services associated with those domains may stop working. Please note that most domains, including .com, .biz, and .net, can only be reinstated within a maximum of 30 days after the cancellation date.  .com domain cost In general, the domains have a cost of $19.99 USD, however, there are special or premium domains that are resold by third parties, these can be very expensive or high when you want to buy them, they range from $400 to $20,000 US dollars. We do not guarantee the final purchase until we confirm the final price. 

Hosting, SSL and domain

 Every year you must make your annual payment for file and data maintenance on your website. The price varies according to the plan you have contracted.  If the hosting expires we have no way to recover the files, and all the information created will be lost, we are not responsible for the information lost in case of not making the payment on time   

3. MANAGEMENT IN SOCIAL NETWORKS:

Dear client, according to the contracted plan, we work on optimizing the tasks of your monthly work planning.

It is important that you take into account that, in case you decide NOT to continue with our services, notify it at least fifteen (15) days in advance. In case of not doing so, the system will invoice the following month.

Likewise, remember that payments must be made within seven (7) days prior to the date of completion of the service. Therefore, if the billing cut-off day arrives and you have not yet made the payment, the system will charge an additional amount of 10% for late payment.

If on the third day of the due date of your billing the non-payment persists, your plan and requests will be deactivated, and it may take up to five (5) days for its total reactivation.

Our priority is to offer you an optimal and quality service, for this we invite you to be attentive to meet the billing dates and thus enjoy a better experience.
